우편 유통망 활성화를 위한 편의점 무인화기기 디자인
우리나라의 택배 물류 시장은 편리성과 접근성을 갖춘 편의점이라는 서비스와 결합되면서 급격히 성장하고 있다. 하지만 실제로 편의점에서 쓰이는 무인화기기는 카운터 포스와 유사한 형태를 가지고 있어 사용자들에게 불편을 주고 있다. 새로운 생활 서비스는 계속해서 증가하고 있는 반면, 사용자가 불편함을 느끼는 무인화기기 디자인에 대한 연구는 소극적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이에 국내 편의점 택배 이용률이 증가하는 추세를 따라 사용자들이 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 무인화 기기 디자인을 제안한다. 더불어 점점 줄어들고 있는 우편 서비스까지 결합하여 통합 유통 무인화 시스템으로 발전시켰다.
Unmanned Device Design for Convenience Stores to invigorate the mail delivery network
The logistics market is growing rapidly, combined with convenience stores which are convenient and easily accessible. However, the unmanned devise used in convenience stores look similar to the P.O.S, which is inconvenient for the users. While new lifestyle services continue to increase, research is slow on the design of the inconvenient unmanned devices. Therefore, with the increasing delivery and logistics market in convenience stores, I propose a new design for unmanned devices that can be easily and conveniently used by its users. In addition, I combined this idea with the dying out postal service and developed an integrated unmanned distribution system.
